If the enterprise successfully goes public listing, the policy further covers certain amount of restructuring and listing fees.

Intellectual Property supports include rewards for invention patent and collateral financing, allowance for rights protection, and award certificate for scientific and technical projects.

Talent Policy

The talent policy provides aids and awards for enterprise founders, senior managers and technical experts recognized by related state, city, and district departments.
