Design Scheme Report Meeting of PREMIER Group's Industrial Park: Reveals Precise Positioning and Geographical Strength: to Become the New Landmark

Shanghai Paihui Investment Management Co., Ltd. held the first conference for project planning and design scheme briefing of PREMIER•Ledu City. Mr. Xie Guangping, Managing Director of Shanghai PREMIER Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Shanghai Paihui Investment Management Co., Ltd. attended the meeting and addressed the audience. Mr. Xie emphasized the importance of project positioning for successful and sustainable developments. “With the full support by the government of Songjiang District, PREMIER•Ledu City shall make the most of regional resources to become a top-class landmark in Songjiang District.” Mr. Xie pointed out.

The attendees at PREMIER Group Conference included leadership from Shanghai Paihui Investment Management Co., Ltd., Nicolas Roques, CEO of Polish SUD Planning and Design Firm, Design Director Jocelyn Fillard, Senior Architect Pawel Siuta and Monika Nalewajk, as well as Lighting Designer Yann Etcheverrigaray.

Jocelyn Fillard, Design Director of SUD, explained the detailed design schemes of PREMIER • Ledu City. The design team took a unique architectural approach to integrate functions and facilities within 10 days. The concept aimed to provide a distinctive and characteristic architecture style in Songjiang and even in Shanghai.

Following SUD’s report on the preliminary design scheme of PREMIER•Ledu City, managing director Mr. Xie emphasized that strategic positioning and prominent characteristics are key elements of the development. The project should make the most of geographical advantages including the old factories on the premises to create the one and only landmark and offer attractive life styles for Songjiang people. 
 
By the end of the conference, the attendees further reviewed the development planning. The team fully recognized the progress achieved so far with the effort of SUD and provided valuable comments and suggestions. In the wake of today’s discussions, the project would enter the intensive design phase when amendments and modifications will be made, estimated time to public at the end of 2017.
